Dugarsuren Dashtseren was born in 1974 in Ulaan Baatar
In 1994, he graduated at the Fine Art College with leather art as main subject. He continued his studies at the Mongolian National Art Center "Agula" and participated in its exhibitions in 1998 and 1999. After that, he exhibited his works at the Art Work Exhibition of the Mongolian Artists' Union and the Independent Art Exhibition of the Fine Art Museum in 1999.
